The Bali Kitchen is an exclusive UK-based training centre specialising in Pan Asian cuisines. Our practical courses cater for all levels, from amateur cook to professional chef. We regularly work with talented, inspiring chefs who want to develop their skills in Pan Asian food. Our courses are taught by experienced, professional chefs who only use ingredients of the highest quality.

Our specialities include Indonesian & Malaysian seafood dishes, canapes and delicious satay, Indonesian gado-gado, tofu and tempeh, fragrant Thai curries, Singaporean fried rice, chow mein noodles, meatball soup and other South East Asian cuisines.
